Logo Tags - Custom - Faux Suede

These tags are a great way to get your logo in front of your customers. Sew these onto samples and add them into kits you're making to your brand and shop name out there. They help feature your logo and brand to the hand knits you are showing off on social media.

There is a 35 piece minimum per style, per color.

Agreement Regarding Artwork Rights for your Logo and/or Graphics

When [Customer/you/user] submit[s] materials protected by trademark, copyright, the right of publicity, or any similar right (collectively, Materials) to [Katrinkles/we/us], you represent and warrant that you:

• Are the owner or otherwise have all necessary rights in or to the Materials to make use of them in the manner contemplated by the instructions you are sending to us; and

• That such use of the Materials by you and by us does not violate any right of any third party, including, but not necessarily limited to, rights in copyright, trademark, publicity, or otherwise.

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless against any loss, injury, or damage based upon any third party claim arising out of a breach of the above representations and warranties. You acknowledge that you have sufficient insurance to cover these indemnification obligations. You acknowledged that we may refuse the submission of any Materials in our sole discretion, without explanation to you.
